Rosemary Shrager (Saturday)

Rosemary Shrager is a talented television chef who has years of experience in restaurant kitchens and renowned cookery schools. She has worked for Pierre Koffman at the famous Tante Claire restaurant in London and also for the brilliant chef Jean-Christophe Novelli. She is perhaps best-known for being a haute cuisine teacher on the reality television programme Ladette to Lady, and as a judge on Soapstar Superchef. She has also penned some excellent books, such as; ‘Absolutely Foolproof’. She is passionate about food and she teaches with an infectious enthusiasm.

Rosemary’s TV career began with the TV series Rosemary – Castle Cook, followed by Rosemary on the Road, both for Channel 5. She is now a familiar face on ITV, following up her Rosemary Shrager’s School For Cooks series with regular appearances on The Alan Titchmarsh Show.

Galton has held a Michelin star for over 20 years and became UK Craft Guild of Chefs ‘Chef of the year’, East Anglian Chef of the Year and fellow of the craft guild of chefs.

Galton has appeared on Anglia Television, Gary Rhodes Food Heros, Market Kitchen, Great British Menu and is a regular on Saturday Kitchen with James Martin (BBC) where he’s always promoting seasonal and Norfolk produce. Galton will always tell people that there is “No finer area” than Norfolk.

Galton has been a favourite at the Sandringham Food and Drink Festival.

The Yorkshire Forager – Alysia Greenwood (Sunday & Monday)

Seasons stop for no one and Alysia Greenwood the Yorkshire Forager, or as she is known in kitchens up and down the land ‘That forager lady’ is here playing her part in the cycle of life and harvests nature’s bounty at just the right moment. In all weathers, Alysia has foraged the moorlands, the meadows, the woods and the forests, the wetlands, the marshes, the coastline and the hedgerows to source the best nature has to offer. Stretching back generations Alysia utilises her family skills and traditions to bring her expert use of botanicals to the forefront of the British culinary scene. Alysia works with some of the finest chefs in this country and abroad, has seen her gain recognition from her hard won work in the field of foraging. Already an established author in her autobiography The Yorkshire Forager. She is a well loved presence on our TV screens, and is a regular contributor on James Martins Saturday Morning show for over five years, teaching viewers and world class chefs alike, on how to forage and what to do with your finds. She has featured in many magazines and newspapers, is always called upon as an expert opinion within the field. Alysia is a font of knowledge in all things wild and edible.

Andrea Wallace

Andrea trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Following her training she worked as a chef for several years gaining critical real life catering experience which has given her a wide range of knowledge. She then became a Senior Teacher at Leith’s teaching year diploma courses, part time and specialist courses. This role gave rise to media appearances both in TV and Radio and at the Good Food Show. You can now find her imparting her fun and informal demonstration style at Food Festivals and Game and Country Fairs around the UK.
