This pair are no strangers to our shows and can be found at any one of our Country Shows demonstrating their cookery skills for all to see.

As you can see they had a little helper join them last year. Lets hope they can all be on their best behaviour this time around.

Naturopathic Nutrition Therapist

What does this mean?

In September 2022 I qualified as a Naturopathic Nutrition Therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.   For many, just using the term ‘nutrition therapist’ will be simpler to remember. However, as well as considering your optimum nutritional needs,  I look at the whole picture of your health, including all body systems, life events  and lifestyle choices.

Be regularly teaches at Leiths School of Food and Wine, runs workshops from home and online. She is also involved in the Duke of Edinburgh awards where she runs her cookery courses. 

Andrea Wallace

Andrea trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine. Following her training she worked as a chef for several years gaining critical real life catering experience which has given her a wide range of knowledge. She then became a Senior Teacher at Leith’s teaching year diploma courses, part time and specialist courses. This role gave rise to media appearances both in TV and Radio and at the Good Food Show. You can now find her imparting her fun and informal demonstration style at Food Festivals and Game and Country Fairs around the UK.

Jenny Jefferies

South Cambridgeshire based farmer’s wife, and mother of two girls, Jenny Jefferies is an award winning Author, Columnist and Radio Producer/Presenter. Jenny compiled the successful book series For The Love Of The Land and For The Love Of The Sea published by Meze Publishing.

Jenny will also be demonstrating in the Country Kitchen.
