Should we find ourselves in a position similar to that in 2020 and 2021 with Covid-19, we have a number of protocols and practices in place within our event management plan to implement should the need to do so arises.
Some of these practices have been maintained and continued within shows including the introduction and continued installation of hand sanitiser stations around the show. The toilet blocks have socially distanced apart from one another and where possible split into blocks for male and female with gents urinals being used. Enhanced cleaning throughout the show has been implemented with permanent toilet attendants employed.
There has also been enhance medical cover to include two first aid marquees. One for general practice and the other to cover suspected covid cases and used for quarantine.
